Royal Canin - Maxi Starter Dry Food 4kg

Gestation, birth, lactation, weaning, and growth up to 2 months old, are the first five stages of a bitch’s and her puppies’ lifecycle. During these five stages, these canines need a lot of love, care and attention. Considering the same,  Royal Canin came up with its range of Maxi Starter, produced specifically for large breed bitches (weighing between 26 kg to 44 kg) and her weaning puppies up to 2 months old. This diet completely supports the bitch during her gestation and lactation period. Further, being possessed with high nutritional value, this food supports the digestive system and natural defences of the young puppies.

If you have Maxi breed puppies i.e. if you are the proud parent of a Dobermann Pinschers, Dalmatian or Weimaraner and their lactating or gestating mother. you will require food that meets the nutritional needs of this large breed dog. Royal Canin Giant Starter food has been inspired by professional birth reasearch programme where the nutritional requirements of the gestating or lactating female dogs as well as their new born puppies was studied. Based on the research, the food contains a unique mix of the nutrients that are similiar to mothers milk that help to promote the digestive health of the new puppies and also support the natural defences of the new pups. The kibble easily digests to a porridge like consistency that makes it easy for the female dogs and the puppies to eat the food. The food can also be given to lactating mothers to meet their high energy needs at the end of the gestation period. It is a complete food and does not require any additives.
